Keystone Collections Group now services as the garbage fee collector for residents of
White Oak Borough. Enclosed is your fee notice.

There is no additional cost to pay through an Online transfer from your bank count. You may also pay by using credit options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or by credit card. A 2.5% credit/debit card service fee is assessed ($0.50 minimum per transaction) for each card transaction.
